Pages on this site describe informational rates and professional engagements related to a multi-exchange import desktop and portfolio ledger reconciliation. Descriptions do not constitute an offer until confirmed in a written estimate or engagement letter. We do not process payments or execute checkout on this website.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and branding belong to API Integrations unless otherwise noted. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without permission. The desktop importer obtained via Microsoft Store is subject to that store’s and the product’s own licence terms.

No investment or custody advice

Nothing on this site is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. We do not custody digital assets or operate exchange accounts on your behalf.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, API Integrations is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. For paid engagements, liability is limited as stated in the engagement letter and will not exceed fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under Hong Kong law.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for safeguarding your own exchange credentials, and for decisions you make using any ledger or mismatch register we deliver.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use or engagements, unless an engagement letter specifies otherwise.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
