Flagship engagement
Full ledger reconciliation
A guided engagement that imports balances from your exchanges and wallets into one portfolio ledger, then resolves mismatches until the book holds.
Who this is for
Treasury operators, family-office staff, and active traders who hold wallet balances across more than one exchange and need a single portfolio ledger they can defend at period close.
What you receive
- Configured imports on the multi-exchange import desktop for the venues you name in scope
- A consolidated portfolio ledger snapshot with labeled wallets and exchange accounts
- A written mismatch register covering transfers in flight, staking locks, dust, and fee residuals
- A live reconciliation session (on-site at Silvercord or remote) walking every material difference
- A closing memo describing what was adjusted and what remains intentionally open
What is not included
We do not custody assets, place trades, file taxes, or provide investment advice. Exchange account credentials stay with you; we work from read-oriented export permissions or files you control. Legal opinions and audit sign-off are outside this engagement.
How the work runs
- Intake — You list exchanges, wallet types, and the period to settle. We confirm connector coverage and any venues that need a manual CSV path.
- Import — Balances land in the desktop ledger. We map labels so cold storage, trading wallets, and exchange sub-accounts stay distinct.
- Reconcile — Side-by-side review of ledger totals against exchange screens and wallet explorers you share in the session.
- Close — You keep the ledger file and mismatch register. Follow-up questions within seven days of the closing memo are included.
Preparation
Before the first call, export recent deposit/withdrawal histories where the desktop connector cannot pull them, and note any pending withdrawals older than 24 hours. If a venue uses sub-accounts, list which ones belong in this ledger.
Constraints
Coverage depends on each exchange’s export and API posture. Delisted or restricted markets may require manual balance entry. Sessions are scheduled in HKT business hours unless agreed otherwise.
Next step
Ask about a reconciliation window and include the exchanges you hold. We reply with a scoped estimate within one business day.
