About API Integrations

We sit between exchange exports and the portfolio ledger you actually trust — building the import desktop and the reconciliation practice around it.

API Integrations started from a practical frustration familiar in Hong Kong trading desks: wallet balances lived on several exchanges, cold wallets, and the occasional forgotten sub-account, while the “official” portfolio lived in a spreadsheet that aged by the hour.

We built a multi-exchange import desktop so those balances can land in one portfolio ledger without copy-paste archaeology. The software is only half the work. The other half is reconciliation — deciding whether a gap is a pending withdrawal, a fee residual, a staking lock, or a true unexplained difference.

How we work

Engagements stay concrete. We ask for the venues you hold, the period you need settled, and the wallets that must stay labeled separately. We prefer read-oriented access you control. Sessions happen from our office in Tsim Sha Tsui or over a shared screen when travel is unnecessary.

We do not sell custody, brokerage, or investment products. Our craft is import discipline and ledger honesty.

Values we keep visible

  • Named sources — every balance line should point to an exchange, wallet, or manual exception you approved.
  • Quiet certainty — we would rather leave an item open with a reason than force a false match.
  • Local accountability — contact reaches people who know your engagement file, not a generic queue.

If your book spans more than one venue and the month-end story keeps changing, request a reconciliation or read how we reconcile.
